Pilates Sculpt® In-Person Classes

Pilates Sculpt takes the fundamentals of Pilates - stability, flexibility and strength - and incorporates these into a dynamic 60-minute session, using resistance bands and core sliders to add intensity.

Laura currently teaches two in-person classes:

Tuesday 6:45-7:45pm:

Saturday 10:00-11:00am:

Health and hygiene

Your safety and peace of mind are important. The current measures remain in place:

  • Small class sizes.
  • Well-ventilated venues.
  • Surfaces regularly cleaned.
  • Participants bring own mats.
  • Equipment cleaned after use.
  • Participants advised not to attend if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, and offered a full refund.
  • Risk assessments available to view, for both classes and personal training sessions.
