Laura has enjoyed a successful freelance journalism career since 2001.

Her extensive fitness experience and qualifications, combined with an ability to write accessible, engaging and effective content has enabled her to write for some of the UK’s top titles.

Laura’s content is diverse, covering everything from exercise and mental health to home HIIT routines.

Laura currently writes for titles across the Hearst network, including NetDoctor and Harpers Bazaar.

She has devised numerous routines and features for Metro and previously City A.M.

Laura loves writing thought-provoking, insightful content for the GoodGym website and has created topical, discussion-based content for leading brands such as Ordnance Survey and insurer LV.
