Laura Williams found exercise relatively late in life – in fact, she still has a copy of an old PE report which says: “Laura participates with the minimum effort and enthusiasm.” Laura believes this has stood her in good stead for motivating – and empathising with people who don’t warm to the idea of making lasting lifestyle changes.

Laura regularly comments for many UK titles including the Daily Mail, Closer and The Independent and has appeared on television and radio, including BBC News, Sky News and ITV’s Tonight show.  Laura writes for City A.MWoman and Home, Closer,  Healthy magazine, The Wharf; blogs for The Huffington Post, and is the resident fitness expert at Prima Baby.

Laura has worked with celebrities such as Vanessa Feltz and Lauren Goodger and leading brands such as Fitbit, Amazon, Pampers, TomTom and Start4Life.

She has recently developed a green juice app for Time Inc. UK and worked with fitness app Addapp in the US to create fitness content and provide fitness expertise.

Laura is an accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer, also qualified in Nutrition and Weight Management as well as being a qualified Pilates teacher, with additional qualifications in Sports Conditioning and Pre-and-Post Natal Fitness.
